Roofing Financing in Mandeville, the Northshore & Baton Rouge
Third-party financing through GoodLeap and Hearth — soft-pull pre-qualification, terms set by the lender, your estimate process, and installation timeline do not change based on how you pay.
Roofing is a five-figure decision, and most South Louisiana homeowners do not pay cash. Epic Roofing partners with GoodLeap and Hearth — two of the more established home-improvement financing platforms — so the application is fast, the soft-pull check does not affect your credit score, and the terms are between you and the lender. Epic Roofing does not lend, does not set rates, and does not gain or lose anything based on which financing path you choose.
Our Financing Partners
GoodLeap
Soft-pull pre-qualification, terms typically 5–25 years depending on credit profile and program, fixed-APR home-improvement loans. Same-day approval common for qualifying applications.
Hearth
Multiple-lender matching platform — Hearth shops your application across its lender network and returns multiple offer scenarios so you can compare terms before accepting. Soft pull at pre-qualification stage.
Cash / check / card
Standard project-start deposit at material delivery, balance at completion. Credit cards accepted with a processing fee passed through at cost; check or ACH is the most cost-efficient option for full-pay homeowners.
Both platforms run the application themselves — Epic Roofing provides the project scope and contract amount; the lender handles credit review, terms, and disbursement. We do not see your credit report, and we do not influence the lender's decision.
What Monthly Payments Actually Look Like
We will not publish a headline rate on this page because actual terms depend on your credit profile, the lender's current program, and the contract amount. The framework below shows the range — your specific quote is what GoodLeap or Hearth returns after your pre-qualification.
Example framework — subject to credit approval
A typical $15,000 asphalt-shingle reroof, financed over 10 years at the kind of APR home-improvement lenders quote qualifying borrowers, runs roughly $175–$220 per month. A 7-year term runs higher monthly but lower total interest. A 15-year term runs lower monthly but more total interest. These are illustrative ranges. Your actual rate, term, and monthly payment come from the GoodLeap or Hearth pre-qualification using your application — not from a published Epic rate. Pre-qualification takes about 5 minutes and the soft-pull does not affect your credit score.
What Epic Roofing Will Not Do With Financing
- We do not lend. Financing is through GoodLeap and Hearth; Epic Roofing gets paid by the lender on disbursement, the same way you would pay us in cash. We are the contractor, not the lender.
- We do not promise approval. The lender approves; we do not influence the decision. If GoodLeap declines and Hearth's lender network also declines, we will tell you up front and discuss alternatives — split payment, partial cash plus a smaller financed amount, or project staging.
- We do not eat insurance deductibles. "No money out of pocket" pitches that imply the contractor absorbs the deductible are illegal in Louisiana and a red flag on any roofer who offers them. If you need to finance the deductible portion of a storm claim, the GoodLeap or Hearth path can cover that piece, but Epic Roofing does not waive, credit, or reduce the deductible on your behalf.
- We do not bundle high-pressure financing into the estimate close. You can decide on the financing path before, during, or after you sign the contract. Pre-qualification before signing is encouraged, so you know the actual numbers before committing.
Financing FAQs
Does the soft pull affect my credit score?
No. Soft-pull pre-qualification at GoodLeap and Hearth does not affect your credit score. The hard pull only happens if and when you accept the formal loan offer, which is a separate step after pre-qualification.
How long does the application take?
Roughly 5 minutes to pre-qualify on either platform. Soft-pull decisions usually come back within minutes of submission. Final disbursement timing depends on the lender — typically 24–72 hours after final acceptance.
Can I combine financing with my insurance claim?
Yes, for the deductible portion or for any out-of-pocket upgrade. Common pattern: the insurance carrier covers the storm-damage repair; you finance the FORTIFIED or Class 4 upgrade as a separate line. See insurance claim roofing for the claim-coordination scope.
What if I'm declined?
Hearth shops multiple lenders, so a single decline does not end the conversation. If both platforms decline, we will discuss a partial cash payment and a smaller financed amount, project staging across phases, or a scope adjustment to a lower total. We will not push a financing path that does not work for you.
Start Pre-Qualification
The next step is the free on-site estimate, after which the contract amount is set. Pre-qualification with GoodLeap or Hearth runs in parallel and takes about 5 minutes — a soft pull, no impact on credit score. Call (225) 819-3742 or use the free estimate form to schedule.
