Epic Roofing has been protecting homes and businesses across the Northshore, the Baton Rouge Metro, and the greater South Louisiana area since 2020 — from St. Tammany Parish in the north to the river parishes in the south, with cross-state coverage through Tangipahoa, Livingston, Ascension, East and West Baton Rouge, St. John the Baptist, St. Charles, and Jefferson. The Northshore (St. Tammany + Tangipahoa)
The Northshore is our home market. Epic's Mandeville HQ sits in St. Tammany Parish, the crew lives across the lakefront and into Covington, and roughly half of our annual project volume runs through these two parishes. We know the local code offices, the typical housing stock, and the parish-by-parish FORTIFIED retrofit incentive paths.

Our Baton Rouge Metro coverage runs from Zachary in the north through Prairieville in the south, crossing four parishes on both sides of the Mississippi River. Joey ran commercial construction projects in Baton Rouge for a decade before founding Epic Roofing — the operational footprint in this market is built on a network of suppliers, code office contacts, and project history that predates the company itself.

River Parishes + Metro NOLA
The river parishes are our southernmost coverage zone, running along the Mississippi River corridor between Baton Rouge and Metro NOLA. Hurricane exposure is higher here than in the Northshore — these communities sit closer to the coast, and FORTIFIED roof certifications + 150-mph wind-rating upgrades come up more often in scope conversations than they do further north. Our Metro NOLA coverage centers on Jefferson Parish — the suburban band west of Orleans Parish. We do not cover Orleans Parish for standard residential work; that scope is reserved for historic restoration projects by quote only.
Historic Restoration Scope Across the Region
Historic roof restoration on contributing properties has its own coverage framework, separate from standard residential. We run HDC-compliant restoration to NPS Preservation Brief 4 standards across designated districts in our nine-parish area — and on a quote-only basis for districts inside Orleans Parish where the project warrants it.
- NOLA HDLC districts (Orleans Parish, by case-by-case quote): Vieux Carré, Garden District, Esplanade Ridge, Bywater, Faubourg Marigny, Holy Cross, Treme, Lower Garden District, Algiers Point, Central Business District, Warehouse District, Lafayette Square.
- Northshore historic districts (within standard service area): Old Mandeville Historic District, Old Covington Historic District, Olde Towne Slidell.
- Baton Rouge historic districts (within standard service area): Beauregard Town, Spanish Town, Garden District (East BR).

What We Do Not Cover
The boundaries matter as much as the coverage. We will not pretend to cover a zip code we do not serve. The zones below are explicitly excluded from standard residential coverage.
- NOLA CBD (Central Business District) — excluded. Historic restoration by quote only.
- French Quarter (Orleans Parish) — excluded. Historic restoration by quote only.
- Downtown Baton Rouge core — excluded. Historic restoration in Beauregard Town and Spanish Town runs through the standard scope.
- Orleans Parish residential outside HDLC overlay zones — case-by-case for FORTIFIED + insurance-claim scope. Standard reroof not in regular rotation.
- Out-of-state — Epic Roofing is a Louisiana company with Louisiana licenses. We do not chase work across state lines.

Do you charge extra for farther-out service zones?
No surcharge for zip code. Our installation pricing is the same in Mandeville as in Gonzales, Hammond, or LaPlace. Travel time is built into the project schedule, not the price.
Do you serve commercial projects in the same area?
Yes — our LA Commercial Building Contractor license (CL69991) covers commercial scope across the same nine-parish footprint, including installation, repair, replacement, and coating work.
Why exclude NOLA CBD and the French Quarter?
Operational fit. Those zips have specialized vehicle-access, parking, and historic-permit requirements that warrant a contractor based inside Orleans Parish. We refer those projects out rather than overpromise coverage we cannot deliver well.
Can you handle multi-property portfolios across the service area?
Yes. Property management firms, multi-property HOA portfolios, and small commercial portfolios are common Epic Roofing clients across the Northshore and Baton Rouge Metro. Coordinated scheduling across multiple sites is standard.
